Gopuff is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Starbucks Operations team to report to the Site Leader and execute store operations during scheduled shifts. The role coordinates baristas, delegates tasks, maintains Starbucks and Gopuff standards, supports employee training and performance feedback, and ensures accurate, fast delivery of beverages, food, and other products. The position requires leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent settings, with cafe leadership and ServeSafe certification preferred, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
