Grupo El Castillo is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its food-sector facility in Benaguacil, Valencia. The role manages a shift of 50–80 production employees, oversees production planning, costs, quality, food safety, occupational risk prevention, and operational indicators, and coordinates with middle managers and specialist technicians. The position requires at least three years of experience as a shift supervisor or production manager in food-sector companies, vocational training or a university degree in an industrial, agri-food, or related field, and availability for rotating Monday-to-Saturday shifts. It is a full-time role with ongoing training and internal growth opportunities.
