Description
The Shift Supervisor provides first-level support to front-line employees in a manufacturing plant, managing hourly associates and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, attendance, SOP compliance, and operational performance. The role includes team leadership, performance evaluations, employee concerns and discipline, shift scheduling, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, training, and cross-functional coordination. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2–3 years of manufacturing or packaging experience and previous food or beverage supervisory experience; the position requires shift flexibility, including weekends and nights.
