Description
The Warehouse Shift Manager will organize and coordinate shift employees at IKI’s Vilnius logistics center, ensure warehouse processes and occupational safety standards are followed, assign and monitor work, plan working hours, train new employees, resolve operational issues, and improve processes. The role requires shift work Monday through Saturday from 7:00 to 19:00, with Sundays off, and prefers logistics or warehouse experience, occupational safety knowledge, and English at B1 level.
