Description
The Off-shift Manufacturing Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for second- and third-shift manufacturing operations, supervising assembly personnel and supporting employees across other manufacturing departments. The role coordinates production priorities, safety, quality, staffing, performance, continuous improvement, employee relations, emergency response, and compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards. It requires flexible coverage across both off-shifts, periodic first-shift overlap, and a full-time salaried schedule with possible overtime and minimal overnight travel.
