Description
The Shift Supervisor directs and manages dormitory operations during an assigned shift at a Job Corps center, supervising Residential Advisors, enforcing policies and behavioral standards, coordinating staff coverage and student activities, and responding to health, safety, and behavioral concerns. The role requires leadership, communication, decision-making, and the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certification; preferred qualifications include an associate degree, related experience, residential or at-risk youth experience, prior supervisory experience, Job Corps experience, and a valid driver’s license.
