The Shift Supervisor directs and manages dormitory operations during an assigned shift at a Job Corps center, supervising Residential Advisors, enforcing policies and behavioral standards, coordinating staff coverage and student activities, and responding to health, safety, and behavioral concerns. The role requires leadership, communication, decision-making, and knowledge of counseling and behavior management, along with CPR, First Aid, and AED certification or the ability to obtain it.
