Description
Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Dixie Products facility in Darlington, South Carolina. The role leads approximately 30 shift employees, including Group Leaders and Operating Technicians, and is responsible for safe, efficient, and optimized manufacturing operations; environmental, health, and safety compliance; quality and Good Manufacturing Practices; shift priorities; performance metrics; equipment and process improvement; and hazard and risk management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military operations, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.
