Description
Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Mt. Jewett, Pennsylvania Medium Density Fiberboard manufacturing facility. The role leads the second shift with some weekend coverage, supervises and coaches up to eighteen production associates, and manages production, quality, safety, reliability, employee development, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of supervisory or team-management experience or a bachelor’s degree, basic accounting knowledge, wood-products experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
