Lindt USA is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead retail sales and operational performance in a Lindt Chocolate Shop. The role supervises and develops sales staff, supports store sales goals, manages inventory and stock levels, handles cash and POS operations, ensures compliance with quality and operational standards, and maintains store cleanliness. Candidates need a sales background, prior retail experience, basic math or accounting skills, high school education, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $16-$18.
