Description
The Shift Supervisor directs guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor, discusses membership options, assists customers at self-service kiosks, opens and closes operations, supervises daily duties, cleans the tunnel and equipment, and maintains a safe and clean environment. The role reports to the General Manager, requires physical ability to move equipment and lift at least 30 pounds, outdoor work in all weather, professional appearance and attitude, and attention to safety. The stated salary is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with commission potential and benefits including health benefits, HSA, vision and dental coverage, a 401(k) match after 90 days, paid sick time, and an employee discount program.
