MSS Security GmbH is hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage the operational security services at assigned sites. The role plans and directs staff deployment, determines staffing needs, onboards employees, leads security personnel, serves as a customer contact for contract operations, maintains service instructions and risk assessments, conducts site walkthroughs and training, records payroll data, and ensures quality and safety standards. Applicants need security and protection professional training or an equivalent qualification, preferably certified master status, security-industry experience in a coordinating or leading role, customer-facing communication skills, conflict-management ability, MS Office knowledge, a clean criminal record, and a class B driver’s license with willingness to travel.
