Description
The Store Manager oversees retail store operations, including customer service, staff motivation and training, shift leadership, cash and bookkeeping, inventory, food preparation and sanitation, safety, and store maintenance. The role requires prior retail experience, preferably in a lead position, strong communication and customer-service skills, basic math and point-of-sale ability, physical ability to perform demanding work, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle access and auto insurance.
