The role manages the Riverside area on shift, overseeing safety, environmental compliance, machine efficiency, product quality, crew training, troubleshooting, productivity, and coordination with other mill areas. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant mechanical, chemical, or bio-resource engineering field or at least one year of leadership experience, U.S. work authorization, and a valid driver’s license; industrial operations and supervisory management experience are preferred. The starting salary is $96,000 to $125,000, with paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
