PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Indianapolis financial services store at 5516 W. 38th St. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when leadership is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer complaints, scheduling, audits, and coaching CSRs. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
