PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Indianapolis, Indiana financial services retail location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when managers are absent, ensures compliance with regulations, handles cash and transaction processing, coaches customer service representatives, and helps with scheduling, audits, and community marketing. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, flexible availability, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
