PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Phoenix, Arizona store at 3800 E. Thomas Rd. The role leads store operations and team activities to ensure excellent customer service, compliance, and achievement of operating and financial goals. The Shift Supervisor supports the Assistant Store Manager, handles transaction processing and cash management, coaches customer service representatives, resolves customer issues, and helps maintain schedules, audits, and a clean store environment. A minimum of one year of management experience is required, along with strong communication skills, customer engagement, flexibility, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
