PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its financial services retail store in Glendale, Arizona. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when managers are absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer complaints, scheduling, audits, and coaching CSRs. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
