PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Phoenix, Arizona retail financial services location at 5828 W. Thomas Rd. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, and in the absence of store leadership directs team activities, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, ensures compliance, resolves customer issues, manages schedules and audits, and helps maintain a clean store environment.
