PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Staten Island, New York financial services retail location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash control, compliance, customer complaints, scheduling support, and store audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience in retail, hospitality, financial services, or restaurants, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
