PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Dorchester, Massachusetts store. The role leads daily store operations, supports and coaches customer service representatives, ensures compliance with regulations and company policies, manages cash handling and schedules in the absence of store leadership, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a retail financial services environment. The position offers a Massachusetts pay band of $17–$19 per hour and benefits for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, advancement opportunities, and ongoing training.
