PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Brooklyn, New York location at 1008 Flatbush Ave. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when leadership is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, coaching, scheduling support, audits, and community marketing. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
