PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Freeport, New York store at 10 East Sunrise Hwy. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, scheduling, audits, and customer issue resolution. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The posting includes a New York pay band of $18.50 to $20.50 per hour and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, advancement opportunities, and training.
