PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its financial services retail store in Louisville, Kentucky. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team members when management is absent, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, ensures regulatory compliance, resolves customer issues, and helps manage schedules, audits, and store standards. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, flexible availability, and fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
