PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Calumet Park, Illinois financial services retail location. The role supports store operations by providing leadership, delivering outstanding customer service, supervising team activities when managers are absent, coaching CSRs, handling transactions and cash procedures, reviewing and approving checks within limits, ensuring compliance, supporting marketing, and assisting with schedules, audits, and customer complaint resolution. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer engagement skills, flexibility with hours, English fluency, and offers medical/dental/vision benefits along with a pay range of $18.60 to $20.60 per hour.
