The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activity when managers are absent, and handles transaction processing, cash drawers, check approvals, compliance, scheduling, audits, and customer issue resolution. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, English fluency, and availability for flexible hours.
