PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Columbus, Ohio store at 3545 West Broad St. The role leads store operations to deliver strong customer service, meet operating and financial goals, ensure compliance, and support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with daily supervision of team members, transaction processing, cash handling, scheduling, audits, and customer issue resolution. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
