PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Hazel Crest, Illinois retail financial services location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supporting the Assistant Store Manager and stepping in to direct team activities when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager are absent. Responsibilities include supervising CSRs, processing transactions, handling cash drawers and cash procedures, approving checks within limits, coaching staff, resolving complaints, supporting local marketing, managing schedules and audits, and maintaining compliance and a clean store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, and flexible availability.
