PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its San Antonio, Texas store at 5510 Walzem Rd. The role combines front-line customer service with supervisory duties, supporting the Assistant Store Manager and stepping in to direct team activities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are unavailable. Responsibilities include transaction processing, cash handling, check review, customer complaint resolution, scheduling support, store audits, compliance, coaching CSRs, and maintaining a clean store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, flexible availability, and preferred English/Spanish bilingual ability.
