The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, ensures compliance with regulations, handles transaction processing and cash management, resolves customer issues, and helps maintain store standards. The position requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings, strong communication and customer engagement skills, English fluency, and flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
