PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Charlotte, North Carolina retail financial services location at 3711 Central Avenue. The role leads store operations and customer service, supporting the Assistant Store Manager and stepping in to direct team activities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. Responsibilities include customer service, transaction processing, cash handling, compliance, coaching CSRs, reviewing checks, managing schedules and audits, and maintaining a clean store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication skills, customer engagement ability, flexibility in hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
