PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Cicero, Illinois financial services retail store. The role provides leadership over customer service, store operations, compliance, cash handling, and team supervision, while supporting the Assistant Store Manager and stepping in to direct staff when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are unavailable. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong customer-facing and communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours.
