PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its financial services retail store in Waco, Texas. The role leads store operations and customer service, supervises team members in the absence of store management, supports cash handling and transaction processing, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps with schedules, audits, and marketing. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer engagement skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
