PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Roxbury, Massachusetts financial services retail store. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activity when managers are absent, handles transactions and cash procedures, resolves customer issues, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps maintain schedules, audits, and store presentation.
