PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its East Chicago, Indiana retail financial services center. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when the Store Manager is absent, ensures compliance with regulations and company procedures, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, and helps with scheduling, audits, and community marketing efforts. The position requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings, strong communication and customer service skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
