PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail financial services store at 6868 Spencer Highway, Suite 101. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activity when managers are absent, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps with schedules, audits, marketing, and customer complaints. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, flexibility with hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
