PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Chicago, Illinois financial services retail location at 4400 W. Armitage Ave. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash drawer maintenance, check approvals, compliance, customer complaints, scheduling support, and store audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
