PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail financial services store at 4201 W. Capitol Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when needed, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer complaints, scheduling, audits, and team coaching. The position requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings, strong communication and customer-facing skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours.
