PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its San Antonio, Texas location at 423 N. New Braunfels Ave. The role leads store operations to ensure excellent customer service, compliance, and achievement of financial and operating goals, while also performing customer service representative duties such as transaction processing, cash handling, check review, and assisting with scheduling, audits, and team coaching. The position requires at least one year of management experience in retail, hospitality, financial services, or restaurants, strong communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours in a busy retail environment.
