PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail financial services store in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, and supervises team members when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. Responsibilities include transaction processing, cash handling, check approval, compliance, coaching CSRs, scheduling support, audits, customer complaint resolution, and maintaining store standards. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
