The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team members in the absence of management, ensures compliance with regulations and company procedures, handles transactions and cash management, and helps maintain a clean, efficient store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
