PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Lewisville, Texas financial services retail location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supervises team activity when managers are absent, supports the Assistant Store Manager, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, resolves customer issues, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps maintain schedules, audits, and a clean store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
