PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Mesa, Arizona retail financial services location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, and supervises team activity when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. Responsibilities include transaction processing, cash handling, check approval within limits, compliance with regulations, staff coaching, schedule and audit support, and maintaining a clean store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, flexible availability, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
