PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Bronx, New York financial services retail location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, check approval, compliance, and customer issue resolution. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
