The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, check review, customer complaints, and store audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
