PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Chicago, Illinois retail financial services location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activity in the manager's absence, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer complaints, and store audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant environments, strong communication and customer-facing skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours and handle a physically active store environment.
