PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Phoenix, Arizona retail financial services store. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, and supervises team activities when management is absent. Responsibilities include transaction processing, cash handling, check approval within limits, compliance with regulations, coaching CSRs, resolving customer issues, and helping with schedules, audits, and store upkeep.
