PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail financial services store in Fort Worth, Texas. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when managers are absent, handles transaction processing and cash control, coaches CSRs, reviews checks, resolves customer issues, and helps ensure compliance, cleanliness, and achievement of store goals. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
