PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Chicago store at 1958 W. Cermack Rd. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, ensures compliance with regulations, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, coaches CSRs, resolves customer issues, and helps with scheduling, audits, and store cleanliness.
