PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail financial services store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when managers are absent, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, ensures compliance with regulations, resolves customer issues, and helps with scheduling, audits, and store presentation. The position requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants, strong communication and customer service skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours.
